About The Role
To provide for the care of each resident as per the care plans laid out by the residents Primary Nurse.
* To adhere to all company policies in the best interest of residents and staff.
* To attend all compulsory training. as organised by Evergreen Care.
* To assist the nursing staff in their role ensuring to agree to do only those tasks that the Carer is competent and confident in carrying out.
* To report all changes in the condition or mental state of all residents to the nurse on duty, and to carry out her instructions accordingly.
* To participate in the admission, transfer, and discharge process of residents, under the instruction and supervision of the nurse on duty, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
* To be involved in the activities function of the nursing home, ensuring all residents enjoy activities of their choice without undue pressure to participate.
