Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Administrator, you will lead the end-to-end development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
From social media and SEO to email marketing and influencer collaboration, you'll oversee all digital touchpoints, working directly with company leadership and external collaborators to elevate our brand online.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing high-level insights and data-driven strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives offering high-level insights and data-driven strategies to company leadership.
* Oversight and optimization of our social media presence across all platforms.
* Management and continuous improvement of SEO strategy including content planning, execution, and keyword optimisation.
* Co-ordination of company website ensuring content is engaging, SEO-friendly, and up to date.
* Creation of high-quality social media content, including design and user-generated style content.
* Planning and execution of email marketing campaigns with a strong focus on capturing and using first-party customer data.
* Co-ordination with freelancers, influencers, and agencies across different markets and projects.
* Analysis of campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and reporting key insights with actionable recommendations.
* Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep Versatile ahead of the curve.
* Contribution to creating personalised customer journeys to enhance the user experience and increase engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Digital Marketing or Administrator role.
* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
* Skilled in Canva or similar design tools.
* Confident in using platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.
* Experience with social media content creation, community engagement, and post-scheduling.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex digital strategies to non-marketing stakeholders.
* Strong project coordination skills with a track record of managing multiple campaigns or collaborators.
* Analytical thinker with a passion for leveraging data to drive decisions.
* Experience or interest in the interior design, bathroom, or tile industry is a plus.
* Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance content creation, productivity, and automation.
