Job Title: IT Deskside Support Engineer
We’re seeking an experienced IT Deskside Support Engineer to join a fast-paced enterprise environment in Dublin. This is a hands-on technical role supporting users up to and including executive level, ideal for someone looking to grow their infrastructure support career.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide deskside and remote support across hardware, software, and user access issues
2. Troubleshoot login problems, password resets, and email configurations
3. Support hybrid cloud environments including Azure and Microsoft
4. Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and asset management
5. Ensure incidents are resolved within SLA and documented properly
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in IT support, including deskside and remote environments
2. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft technologies, Azure, and Active Directory
3. Experience with SCCM, endpoint management, and hardware troubleshooting
4. Customer-focused mindset with experience supporting VIP or executive users
5. Relevant IT degree or Azure certification preferred
