Our team of consultants support our clients as analysts, team leads, or project managers, and help ensure the success of their projects through their depth of knowledge. As a consultant with Nordic Europe, you have an interest working internationally across healthcare systems in Europe and the Middle East. Your work will primarily focus on client work, though consultants will also be expected to work with other corporate team members on company projects as outlined below. Our consultants bring and grow invaluable knowledge for Epic related projects.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESClient WorkProviding world-class application or project advice to client teams and leadershipIdentifying risks or issues and communicating their importance to stakeholders appropriatelyPresenting technical concepts in a concise way to client users and teams, including workflow demonstrations, diagrams, etc.Managing timelines and competing priorities to ensure the success of the projectAnalysing and documenting workflows, technical documentation, training, and/or other resources as necessaryMentoring client project teams as necessary in project and system build; Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with prospective and current clients around the globeHandling other client-specific duties as required for individual projectsTo solve business issues and problemsTo demonstrate an understanding of operational environments in businesses To win and sustain client confidenceTo work confidently with credibility and influence at mid to senior levelsTo demonstrate an understanding of project and programme management leading practicesPartnering with Client Services and Talent teams to develop new service lines or determine internal knowledge required to fulfil client requestsDeveloping and maintaining internal documentation for use by the broader Tasman teamOnboarding and acquainting new team members with Tasman policies and consulting methodologiesGrowing and developing the technical and cultural skills of the broader teamImproving company processes and policies, not limited to consulting methodology, as necessaryExpanding knowledge of the Epic software suite through certification training and internal mentoringWorking on assigned projects on an ad hoc basis and assisting with other corporate initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or requestedSKILLS AND EXPERIENCECertification in at least one application of the Epic software suite required; multiple Epic certifications preferred3+ years' experience implementing or maintaining Epic software applications, work with Epic clients outside of the USA preferredBachelor's Degree or equivalent requiredProject management experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining intense focus on individual tasksAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to work with diverse groups of people across healthcare settingsFlexible mentality and ability to adapt to different environments and new projects comfortably particularly with differences in global healthcare processes, requirements, and regulationsFluency in English required; proficiency in multiple languages preferredAbility to travel up to 50%, including domestic and international tripsNordic is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to a policy of non-discrimination on any protected basis including race, creed, color, age, gender, religion, national origin, disability, marital or veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status under applicable local, state or federal law.
