**Job Title:** Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our residential care service for young people in need of international protection. The role involves a combination of shifts, including day shifts, 24-hour shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily support in a residential care setting
* Assist with personal care, meals, transport, and activities
* Support young people in educational and recreational routines
* Build positive, trusting relationships with young residents
* Ensure a safe and nurturing environment at all times
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver person-centred care
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 2+ years experience working within a residential or similar care setting
* Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable groups
* Excellent communication and team-working abilities
* A full clean manual driving licence
* Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
