Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team in the Investments department. This role involves providing legal support to our investment teams throughout the deal lifecycle, including M&A transactions, co-investments, financing arrangements and portfolio company matters.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in a legal role in a business environment and excellent knowledge of corporate law (including M&A). They should also comprehend the regulatory framework of private equity and possess strong negotiation and structuring expertise.
* Experience in a business law firm or similar environment.
* Excellent understanding of corporate law (M&A).
