This firm has an outstanding track record across Investment and is behind some of the most prestigious buildings in Ireland. They are looking for an Investment Analyst to join their business. Key Responsibilities: Build bespoke financial models to support investment appraisals, underwriting, and development feasibility analyses. Perform in-depth analysis to support both development and asset management initiatives, including cash flow forecasting, budget tracking, and scenario planning. Prepare quarterly financial reports and ad-hoc analyses to evaluate the financial performance of existing assets. Responsible for drafting and negotiating investment terms and loan agreements Conduct site visits and liaise with external consultants and advisors to ensure financial models reflect real-world assumptions. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 36 years experience in real estate investment, development, private equity, or a related financial role. Strong financial modelling skills in Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality presentations and reports. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. A commercial mindset with the ability to assess and articulate investment risk and opportunity.
