* Execute the global product strategy for the Tax service line
* Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap
* Lead use case development and requirements gathering
* Partner with Tax leadership, Technology, and corporate stakeholders
* Drive prototyping and MVP delivery in collaboration with engineering teams
* Oversee change management, adoption, and product investment allocation
* Build and scale global product capabilities and delivery centres
* Standardise governance, processes, and delivery frameworks
* Leverage data, automation, and AI to improve tax service delivery
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and KPI tracking
* Lead talent development for the global Tax product function
* Communicate product vision, progress, and impact to executive leadership Must Have Skills
* 10+ years product leadership experience in professional services
* Significant exposure to tax services environments
* Strong understanding of tax compliance frameworks and service delivery
* Proven experience leading global, cross functional teams
* Track record delivering complex products at enterprise scale
* Strong grasp of AI, automation, and data platform trends
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Experience working with global delivery centres Nice to Have
* Big 4 or major professional services background
* Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies
* Cloud data platform and workflow automation exposure
* Knowledge of international tax regulations
