Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of client projects. Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in mechanical engineering design and project management

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to lead and mentor junior engineers
* Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
