Who Are We Looking For?
We categorize a "recent graduate" as someone who has graduated within 2 years of the program start date, July 2026.
Curiosity and motivation are the key qualities we seek in extraordinary individuals.
Our doors are open to graduates from all subject areas; our recruitment process is task-driven, with comprehensive foundation skills training and continuous development programs.

What Makes Our Grad Program So Great?
A 21-month program starting July 2026.
Initial onboarding/training sets everyone to the same level, with foundation training in Dublin for 9–10 weeks from mid-July 2026.
The program offers rotations across various facets of the gaming industry, potential rotations in international offices, and aims to develop analytical, technical, and commercial skills.
Publishing: Beyond Books and Into the Gaming World
Publishing encompasses marketing, budget management, marketing technology, live services, growth initiatives, player insights and analytics, global marketing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
What Will I Be Doing?
The program begins in July 2026 and runs for 21 months with rotations in Dublin and possibly in an international office.
The goal is to empower graduates to shape their own experience and develop key skills.
The program emphasizes analytical, technical, and commercial capabilities, with teams available to help grads develop new skills.

Starting salary €39,000 with salary reviews during the program, plus benefits including private medical insurance, pension, dental insurance, annual bonus, life insurance, a company phone with expenses, a monthly fitness allowance, an office gym, personal training, physio, free food, and more.
What Happens After the Grad Program?
After 21 months, graduates can apply to specific permanent roles within the business in areas such as digital marketing, marketing technology, or analytics.
Training covers essential skills from advanced Excel to project management for e-commerce roles.
