About Your New Job
As the Senior Scheduler/Planner, you will develop, implement, and maintain master production and project schedules for engineering, fabrication, assembly, and site installation activities.
You'll create detailed work breakdown structures, identify critical paths, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints, and implement mitigation plans.
You will coordinate closely with Project Management teams and suppliers, lead weekly planning meetings, and provide accurate resource forecasting.
Support sales and tendering teams with capacity planning, drive continuous improvement in processes, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
What Skills You Need
3-5 years' experience in a planning/scheduling role within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Strong working knowledge of manufacturing workflows, scheduling software (MS Project or equivalent), Excel, and ERP/MRP systems (Epicor an advantage).
Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related discipline.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to remain focused under pressure.
