Job Description
We now have a vacancy for a full time Office Administrator who can organise and ensure the efficient running of our Galway office. This will involve daily handling of all inbound and outbound post requirements, ordering of items for office use, organising office maintenance to ensure a safe and positive office space and administering our Accounts Payable requirements.

• Self-motivated, capable of working on own initiative.• Proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire client loyalty and adoption.• Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships.• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Ability to function in a busy office environment while always maintaining a smile and positive disposition
