Maintenance Programme Lead
Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead the full site maintenance programme across a high-volume production environment.
* Plan, coordinate and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance activities across the site.
* Collaborate with engineering, production and external contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
* Ensure accurate recording of work orders, asset information and maintenance histories in the CMMS system.
This is a key role where the successful candidate will oversee and support a team of maintenance fitters and electricians, ensuring effective maintenance planning and scheduling, and driving world-class reliability across all production systems.
We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills who can drive our maintenance programme forward.

1. Develop and implement a proactive maintenance strategy to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
2. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and cooperation across teams.
