Team Overview:
The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on-site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem-solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Role Overview:
The Project Co-Ordinator will assist in the delivery, assembly, and programming of commercial heating solutions, ranging from containerised plantrooms to on-site plantroom installations, incorporating modular pipework, cooling and heating major plant, across projects based in the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe.
To work in conjunction with an established contracts team who operate with the latest AutoCAD & MEP 3D design packages.

What You'll be Doing
Responsible for end-to-end project planning and delivery, including developing and maintaining project programmes and schedules, coordinating design documentation and client approvals, and managing procurement to meet lead times. Works closely with internal teams and site personnel to oversee fabrication, material supply, and delivery in line with the project plan. Manages budgets, risks, change control, and quality processes, chairs regular project meetings, reports progress to stakeholders, and liaises with clients and logistics providers. Includes occasional travel to production sites to support delivery.
