The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven sales leader to cover maternity leave as
Head of Sales
. This role leads our national sales strategy across all locations, driving occupancy, revenue, and client retention while managing and inspiring our sales teams. Based in Dublin, you will be part of our Leadership Team and play a key role in Glandore's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with business growth targets
* Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Managers and Executives across multiple sites
* Drive lead generation, deal conversion, and occupancy growth through hands-on selling and team leadership
* Manage key commercial relationships with brokers, agents, IDA/Invest NI, and corporate partners
* Negotiate new deals, renewals, and expansions with a focus on long-term client retention
* Oversee pricing, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales KPIs
* Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to deliver integrated commercial success
* Represent Glandore at member events, industry functions, and client meetings
* Report regularly on sales performance to the Leadership Team and Directors
* Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing sales professionals
What We're Looking For
* 8+ years' B2B sales management, with 5+ in a leadership role
* Proven track record delivering results in serviced offices, coworking, real estate, or hospitality
* Experience leading national, multi-site sales teams
* Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
* Excellent communicator and negotiator with strong networking ability
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-focused approach
* High proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office
* Organised, self-motivated, and able to prioritise and delegate effectively
* Flexibility to travel between sites and attend events as needed
Desirable
* Knowledge of Irish and Northern Irish commercial/flexible office markets
* Established broker and corporate client network
* Experience supporting FDI companies entering the Irish market
* Education or background in communications, marketing, or business
