You will need excellent peoplemanagement experience and its an exciting opportunity to overlook a highlytalented team.The Role:· Manage the software development team includingline management duties· Mentor team members for career development andgrowth· Designing, developing and maintaining enterprisegrade software in fast-paced distributed environments (highly scalable,reliable, available) Agile methodologies (SCRUM)Debugging, performanceprofiling and optimization· Getting hands-on into the details of ourproducts and balancing that between delegating tasks to your team, providingtechnical leadership and picking up necessary tasks yourself for the success ofthe team· Provide feedback and technical reports tomanagement on the progress and status of assigned projects· Assist other Leaders in our Product teamglobally in project research, design, planning, implementation, proceduraldocumentation and training· Take initiative to improve product developmentprocesses· Designing and developing enterprise gradesoftware in fast-paced distributed environments (highly scalable, reliable,available) Agile methodologies (SCRUM)Debugging, performance profiling andoptimizationRequirements:· Proven experience delivering world-classsoftware built on the Microsoft stack· 7+ years of development experience, includingteam leadership role· Expertise in C#, Microsoft Azure, Core,SQL Server, CI/CD· Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 Authentication Flows· Strong understanding of OOP & SOLIDprinciples· Development experience in Sharepoint and withCloud based infrastructure a huge bonus· Development experience using ReactJS (orsimilar) a bonus· Keen interest in technology and an activeawareness of the technical direction in the marketplaceHow to applySimply contact Mark Brandon at for more information about this position.
