We specialise in the supply of External Insulation and Render Products to Home Retrofit Contractors nationwide. We are looking for a Home Surveyor with experience in Irish construction methods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Arrange and visit the home to conduct survey.
* Answer Queries from the homeowner in relation to the works.
* Calculate the required materials for the project and input to computer system.
Full training will be provided.
Essential Requirements:
* Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in construction or related fields.
* Full, clean driving licence.
* Fluent Spoken and Written English.
Desirable Skills:
* Accurate property surveying / measuring.
* Strong understanding of construction materials and building services.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Good verbal, written, and customer engagement skills.
* Ability to manage deadlines and high workloads efficiently.
