Key Responsibilities
* Manage all commercial and contractual elements of projects from tender stage through to final account, ensuring that all work is delivered efficiently and profitably.
* Prepare and review cost plans, valuations, variations, and project forecasts, providing accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders.
* Lead subcontractor procurement, tender evaluations, and contract administration, identifying opportunities for value engineering and cost optimisation.
* Support project delivery teams with accurate cost reporting and financial guidance, ensuring that all work complies with company procedures and relevant legislation.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial management, preferably in the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of commercial management principles and practices, including cost planning, risk management, and contract administration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
