You will also be responsible for leading the establishment of the new assembly facility, including designing the facility layout and recruiting mechanical and electrical assembly teams.

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in manufacturing management, preferably in electro-mechanical assembly with custom-built industrial equipment. You should possess strong practical knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodologies, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
