Site Management Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the site labour force and specialist subcontractors to ensure that works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards.
About the Role
* Manage and coordinate site activities to meet project programme targets
* Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations and company policies
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with supply chain partners and subcontractors
Requirements
* Previous experience in main contractor roles, preferably on large-scale commercial or mixed-use development projects
* Third-level qualification or trades background, with excellent knowledge of trades
* Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft software
* Strong delegation and organisational skills
