Overview
New Payment Innovation is a fast growth Irish FinTech based at our HQ in Citywest, Dublin. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to contact prospective customers, introducing them to New Payment Innovation and arranging appointments for our field sales team. This role is key in enabling growth within our direct and partner sales team.
Responsibilities
Contact potential customers who would be interested in face to face and online payment services from New Payment Innovation by phone.
Log and track calls in our CRM tool to support management of those leads and provide the business with an accurate picture of the level of opportunity you are working on for reporting purposes.
Introduce the services to the customer, seek to better understand their existing setup, supplier and any challenges they face, and discuss how we may be able to support their business.
Collect relevant information to build a clear picture of their requirements and work to agree a suitable time for a field sales person to follow up.
Work with our field sales team in scheduling appointments with potential customers and share information gathered from the customer from previous interactions.
Capture feedback from the field seller on the results of the face-to-face meeting to enhance the appointment setting process.
Play an active role helping new telemarketing executives join the business by sharing your experiences and processes.
Track and present key performance metrics to your Line Manager and the wider management team as well as the leadership team.
Skills/Qualifications
Ability to effectively communicate with business owners positioning New Payment Innovation's payments capability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven sales ability and experience in identifying and generating business opportunities.
Strong rapport-building experience, with the ability to communicate with different types of people across sectors and at all levels.
Excellent CRM management skills.

Benefits: Up to €33,000 salary depending on experience; 50% realistic OTE commission; Healthcare + pension (after 6 months)
