About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Executive to coordinate with senior leadership, hiring managers, and the wider HR team to engage and recruit top talent across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK. The ideal candidate will have experience in Talent Acquisition, Candidate Management, Stakeholder Collaboration, Portfolio Management, and Technical Expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit candidates for engineering and operations roles.
* Candidate Management: Support the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate screening.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
* Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of openings, focusing on the hiring needs for critical infrastructure projects.
* Technical Expertise: Apply strong technical expertise in strategic sourcing, data analysis, and project management.
Requirements
* Experience: 3+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience required.
* Agency recruitment experience preferred.
* Full-Cycle recruitment: Experience managing the full 360-degree recruitment process is desirable.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* Full Irish driving licence.
