QA Specialist – Join Our Growing Tech Team
Are you methodical, tech-savvy, and passionate about quality? We're looking for a QA Specialist to own and elevate our QA function, bringing structure, innovation, and fresh ideas to the team.
This is a hands-on role with a mix of manual testing and opportunities to explore automation. You'll collaborate closely with developers, mentor our existing QA team member, and help ensure our products meet the highest standards.
What You'll Do
* Take ownership of QA across projects, from planning to execution.
* Design and run test strategies, cases, and regression testing.
* Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
* Collaborate with tech teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
* Mentor and guide the existing QA team member.
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall quality.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' QA experience (manual-focused but open to automation ideas).
* Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing practices.
* Experience with
Microsoft tech stacks
; ERP experience a bonus (Infor experience is great but not essential).
* Highly structured, analytical, and process-driven.
* Passion for technology and a desire to make QA exciting.
* Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
