Delivering quality client-focused services is at the heart of this role. As a key member of our team, you will assist in managing and planning our existing services for adults with acquired brain injury and mental health issues who have varying disabilities and complex health needs.
About The Role
* Collaborate with our Residential Services Manager to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Implementing and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations while overseeing the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused service.
Your Responsibilities:
* To manage the daily delivery of a truly person-centred service for all clients.
* Provide support and guidance to staff, maintaining effective communication across various shifts.
* Liaise with families and other personnel as directed by the Centre Manager.
Ensure adherence to and reporting of required standards in line with HIQA regulations.
