Sales Growth Lead Position
We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Lead to spearhead our national sales function. This pivotal role focuses on accelerating growth, driving new revenue streams, and building long-term strategic partnerships with key clients.
As a senior commercial leader, you will shape market strategies, develop high-value partnerships, and lead a dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset and the ability to translate market insights into profitable action.
* Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve commercial goals and KPIs.
* Conduct weekly task reviews and one-to-one performance meetings with Regional Managers.
* Manage direct reports and oversee any third-party agencies aligned to business development.
* Contribute to commercial planning, forecasting, and budgeting at senior level.

* Drive commercial strategy to deliver sales growth and expand market presence.
* Identify and secure new commercial channels and strategic partnerships.
* Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, holding full P&L responsibility.
* Negotiate commercial agreements to ensure sustainable, profitable returns.
* Broaden the range of products and services in response to customer needs and market demand.
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* 5+ years' experience in a commercial or business development role, ideally in the lubricants or a related B2B environment.
* A proven track record in delivering new revenue streams and driving commercial success.
* Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to execute in market and client development.
* Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
* Strong commercial acumen with forecasting and budgeting capability.
* Analytical approach with the ability to translate data into action.
* Experience leading or influencing cross-functional commercial initiatives.
