Role:Site AdminReporting to:Project ManagerLocation of work:Louth, Co. LouthHourly: -€17K - €20K per hour DOEThis is a contract position until January 2026• Coordinate all project related documentation with assigned certifier, design teams and subcontractors• Attend meetings with design and project team• Coordination of quality management and health and safety system in conjunction with the site team• Ensuring all documents conform to established standards and procedures• Preparing, operating, and updating document control procedures in line with the Company's document management system• Ensuring accessibility, traceability, and accuracy of documents• Ensure construction records are compiled and maintained in good time• Review and coordinate all test reports in conjunction with site team• General site admin including but not limited to: procurement, IT, office management and progress reporting• Undertaking any administrative duties as necessitated by changing business needs• Maintain the confidentiality of corporate information and policies & proceduresDesired Qualities & Qualifications• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working on a construction site in a similar role• Good administrative/organisational ability with high level of attention to detail• Good communication skills.
