The Project Tracking Analyst is responsible for monitoring construction activity nationwide, identifying which subcontractors are active on each site, and delivering clear, actionable intelligence to the Sales team.
This role ensures that our reps receive timely opportunities to engage contractors and drive revenue.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Ireland Sales team to support and drive sales strategy and activities.
Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin 15, (moving to new head office in Dunshaughlin, Co Meath very soon) Key responsibilities: Construction Site Tracking Maintain a live, accurate pipeline of construction projects across Ireland.
Track key project stages (planning, tender, award, start on site, envelope, first fix, second fix, handover).
Subcontractor Identification Mapping Identify main contractors and all relevant subcontractors active on each site.
Verify scopes, contacts, and timelines, linking each subcontractor to the appropriate project.
Sales Intelligence Handoffs Convert research into clear, concise sales-ready briefs and distribute to the correct sales rep by territory.
Attend weekly sales pipeline meetings to align priorities and support opportunity conversion.
Identify other Lead opportunities and present lead data to the sales team Report on Quote Tracking by contractor, enabling the team to maximise opportunities by communicating timely follow-ups to our client base.
Mine Sales CRM system data to identify and highlight Product additions or Quote Opportunities.
Data Quality Compliance Own CRM Data, Drive Sales team data quality and consistency in approach.
Provide Daily Sales Performance Reporting to support the Sales Function.
Maintain high data accuracy and prevent duplication across CRM Sales systems.
Ensure all Quotes are up to date, timely responded and meeting business expectations for our Clients.
Handle contact information in line with GDPR and internal governance policies.
Market Opportunity Insights Flag early-stage opportunities such as planning approvals, tender notices, framework awards, and subcontractor appointments.
Identify regional trends, repeat-winning subcontractors, and high-activity zones.
Reporting Analytics Produce weekly dashboards summarising: New projects added Subcontractors mapped Sales-ready handoffs Lead-to-meeting conversion metrics Top sectors, regions, and contractors Quote trends, opportunities and lapsed/missed timelines.
Provide monthly insight summaries to management.
Requirements Essential: Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles.
Experience researching and validating market, contractor, or project data.
High proficiency in Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning).
Clear written communication skills.
Ability to organise and prioritise work in a fast-moving environment.
Desirable: Familiarity with Irish planning portals and tender platforms.
Experience in sales operations, estimating, procurement, or construction research.
Experience with CRM systems and data dashboards (Power BI, Looker Studio).
Full, clean driver's licence.
