Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage QA activities to ensure the highest standards of quality.
* Maintain QA documentation, including procedures, standards, and policies.
* Assist QA teams in test planning, test case management, and defect tracking.
* Provide administrative support to QA teams, ensuring the timely resolution of issues.
* Track and report on QA metrics, including defect densities and open defect counts.
* Organize and maintain QA resources, including tools, environments, and licenses.
* Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree is desired but not compulsory – a positive approach to work and the ability to use computerised systems are essential.
* Previous experience in a QA or administrative role is preferred.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Typing skills.
