Site Operations Specialist

Our organization in Dublin is seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Specialist to join their well-established team and contribute to the successful delivery of a large civil engineering project in North Dublin.

This key role will play a vital part in the execution of a complex infrastructure project. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, the ideal candidate will ensure that technical aspects of the job are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.


* Establish, measure, and verify site layouts
* Interpret and apply project design documents
* Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce
* Manage technical and engineering aspects of the project
* Maintain health and safety standards at all times
* Support the preparation of reports and project documentation


* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role with a main contractor
* Strong knowledge of setting out, GPS equipment, and site surveying
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of Irish construction regulations and practices
