About Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland

Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland has more than 30 years of experience and specialises in treating and monitoring respiratory diseases in the patient’s home. We support multiple therapies such as Home Oxygen, Nebulisers, Ventilations and Sleep. We currently provide these therapies to over 10,000 patients across Ireland, both private and public. Our field‑based operations team – Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists – ensures patients receive the support they need through installation, training, servicing and removal of equipment.


Role Overview

This full‑time field based operations role covers Donegal and surrounding counties. The position is a new, key role that will support business growth and expand Air Liquide Healthcare’s presence across Ireland. The successful candidate will maintain existing customers and win new business by promoting our range of products and services to key stakeholders in hospitals and community integrated teams.


Key Responsibilities

* Set up and install home‑care devices such as CPAP, NIV, Invasive Ventilation, Diagnostics and Cough Assist primarily at patients’ homes and at hospital locations.
* Manage patient home installations, clinic installations/support, training and compliance activities with patients and clinicians.
* Manage patient follow‑up post‑install including telephone calls, home visits and compliance follow‑up; communicate feedback to prescribing centres.
* Support clinical training and educational workshops in key centres within the region.
* Attend respiratory conferences/meetings when required.
* Support respiratory business in the region and occasionally in other regions.
* Adapt the role to support new product introduction.


Qualifications

* Qualified Nurse with a minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience in hospital and/or home‑care environment.
* A person with exceptional organisational, communication and record‑keeping skills, proven ability to present, train, mentor and influence a variety of customers.
* Commercial experience desirable, with the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with key customers.
* Proven attention to detail and follow‑through.
* Computer literate with practical working IT skills.
* Full driving licence (manual).
