Role – Corporate Finance Manager
* Lead financial modelling, valuation and due diligence work on transactions.
* Prepare pitch materials, information memoranda, and board presentations.
* Manage transaction execution, liaising with clients, legal, tax and financial advisers.
* Contribute to deal structuring, financial analysis and negotiation support.
* Conduct market and sector research to support new business opportunities.
* Review and guide work of junior team members.

* Background in audit, transaction services or corporate finance.
* Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills.
* Strong analytical, commercial and communication abilities.
* Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
