About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support.
* Organise and attend regular client review meetings and calls, ensuring effective communication and relationship building.
* Resolve client queries promptly and efficiently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
Key Skills & Experience:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong leadership and presentation skills, with experience of leading and presenting at client or board meetings.
* In-depth knowledge of fund accounting, transfer agency, custody, trustee, or financial reporting, with the ability to apply this expertise in a practical context.
