Job Description:
The purpose of this job is to work in a cross-functional team to support the Microbiology Quality Control testing function, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards.
Job Responsibilities Include:
* Conduct microbiology analyses including bioburden testing, endotoxin testing, microbial identification, Biological Indicator testing, BacT/ALERT testing, sterility checks, and media growth promotion.
* Carry out environmental monitoring including viable and non-viable particulate monitoring, water and gas system monitoring in cleanroom areas.
* Read test plates, review data, and perform trending analysis.
* Perform laboratory sampling and testing.
* Support investigations related to deviations with subject matter expertise.
* Assist team members as needed.
* Work independently and develop solutions within a team environment.
* Prepare protocols and reports.
* Document data according to client policies and procedures.
* Meet with project team leads daily to provide updates.
* Review analytical data for GMP compliance.
* Revise SOPs as required.
* Demonstrate problem-solving skills in process and analytical areas.
* Maintain a good understanding of GMP environment requirements.
Qualifications:
A degree in Microbiology or related discipline is required, with at least 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical regulatory environment.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience with GMPs and microbiology techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer-focused, responsible, self-motivated, and adaptable.
Strong documentation skills and ability to work in a team.
