As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inspection data management while supporting system improvements and insurance recovery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate updates and validation of data
* Supervise and support team members to meet contract requirements
* Manage scheduling, programming, and progress tracking
* Coordinate insurance recovery processes and KPI reporting
* Attend internal and external meetings, providing relevant updates
* Conduct inspections and perform on-call duties as required
* Contribute to system improvements and rollout initiatives

* A clean driving licence (essential)

* Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and health & safety regulations
* Excellent administrative and record-keeping skills
* 5+ years of operations experience (advantageous)
* Experience in GIS software or MS Project (advantageous)
* Strong communication and IT skills
