You will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract high-quality candidates. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide guidance on best practices. Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment data. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. Contribute to broader HR initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, and workforce development. Promote a culture of empowerment, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. About You: 810 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Proven ability to design and implement sourcing strategies. Proficient in using ATS platforms and other recruitment tools. A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple open roles and competing priorities.
