The role:
Group Tax Controller – Permanent Role
Hybrid:
3 days onsite
Take the lead in shaping tax governance for a growing organization. This is a senior role offering autonomy, visibility, and career progression.
What You'll Do:
* Develop tax policies and controls
* Manage tax risk register and conduct self-reviews
* Handle Revenue interventions and provide strategic tax advice
* Oversee transfer pricing and international tax compliance
* Identify IT risk-based controls and support global tax frameworks
* Mentor and coach colleagues
What We're Looking For:
* Irish Tax Institute qualification + 3+ years PQE
* Accountancy qualification an advantage
* Strong technical tax knowledge, Excel skills, and ERP experience
* Excellent communication and ability to work independently
