* Main Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively to support the Sales Team.
* Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service when dealing with complex enquiries from brokers and policyholders, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
* Workload Management: Plan and prioritize own workload to achieve deadlines, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
* Policies and Procedures: Maintain and continuously improve policies and procedures for service and administration tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Future Development: Contribute to the development of our pension offering, sharing your expertise on future strategies and initiatives.
* Compliance: Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with Treating Customers fairly principles and the Consumer Protection Code.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records in accordance with policies and procedures.
