Our Client is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their growing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded professional to play a key role in their next phase of growth. You will be selling to a range of clients that include electrical contractors, architects etc.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Ireland, building a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
* Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline status, and performance metrics in line with company processes.
* Customer retention and repeat business from key accounts.
* Quality and timeliness of reporting and CRM updates.
* Contribution to overall company growth objectives.
Candidate Profile
* Proven track record in B2B sales and new business development, ideally within the electronic security and life safety industry
* Strong commercial awareness, motivated self-starter, and capable of working on their own initiative to identify and capitalise on all business opportunities presented.
* Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
* Highly organised with strong time management and follow-up discipline.
