This position is responsible for the smooth operation of all Front Office functions
Maximizing revenues
Complete guest check in/out
Dealing with guest queries
Greet & Interact with guests with a smile and friendly manner
The Job:
The candidate will work closely with our reservations department.
Manage busy phonelines
Welcome all guests, check guests in / out, communicate available services to guests
Take room bookings and Restaurant reservations
Front Office Admin
Deal with guest complaints in a correct and professional manner
Handle cash and credit cards, and complete cash report
Maximize room revenue
The Person:
1 year Experience in a Reception / Front Office role
(hotel experience preferred)
Strong people skills, and friendly approach
Good admin and organisational skills
Ability to multi task
Good computer skills
