A leading healthcare provider is undertaking a major
Electronic Health Records (EHR
) transformation and requires an experienced
Learning Technologist / Training Coordinator
to support the digital learning and training programme for a large-scale hospital commissioning project.
This role plays a key part in ensuring clinical and operational staff are fully trained and digitally enabled ahead of a significant EHR go-live. It is a hands-on, fast-paced position suited to someone who thrives in complex programmes and enjoys creating high-quality digital learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise the Learning Management System (LMS) to support training schedules, allocations and reporting.
* Develop and maintain digital learning content (video, animation, image-based learning, PDFs, eLearning modules).
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to convert technical or clinical content into engaging digital learning material.
* Produce training dashboards and reports with support from the LMS vendor and internal data teams.
* Promote and champion digital learning across the organisation.
* Support curriculum delivery, digital learning workflows and day-to-day training operations.
* Contribute to the readiness activities for the commissioning of a new hospital facility.
Experience Required
* Strong demonstrable experience working with LMS platforms in a large organisation.
* Background in digital learning, instructional design, eLearning development or learning technology.
* Experience supporting large training programmes, ideally within healthcare or another highly regulated setting.
* Proficiency with content creation tools (video editing, animation, image manipulation, authoring tools etc.).
* Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and evolving timelines.
* Ability to work onsite in Dublin when required for programme activities.
