Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder at SysGenix Rise IT Solutions. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the company, forming and maintaining business partnerships, and overseeing the daily operations. Tasks include leading innovation initiatives, managing financial resources, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to business development. The role is based in Dublin, with the flexibility to work from home as needed.

* Expertise in Salesforce integration, IT services, web development, and mobile app development
* Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation

* Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively
* Experience in IT outsourcing and managing client relationships
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
* Previous entrepreneurial or startup experience is a plus
