We're seeking an experienced Senior Bar Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of daily operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, motivated, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high standards across the bar.
Key Responsiblities:
* Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
* Lead, train and motivate a team of bar staff
* Oversee stock control, ordering and inventory management
* Maintain compliance with all licensing, health and safety regulations
* Handle cash management, daily reconciliations and reporting
* Develop and implement initiatives to increase sales and customer engagement
* Support in planning and running events or promotions

Pay: €60,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
