Our client, a leading global consultancy delivering major capital projects, is seeking a HSE Supervisor (CSA) to join a high‑profile hyperscale data centre development. Key Responsibilities
Oversee HSE compliance for all CSA activities, including civil works, structural steel, concrete, and architectural finishes.
Identify and mitigate high‑risk activities during excavation, foundation, structural erection, and fit‑out phases.
Develop and implement safety strategies tailored to the CSA scope on a hyperscale data centre project.
Conduct independent audits and inspections, ensuring alignment with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Collaborate with contractors and project stakeholders to drive best‑in‑class safety practices.
Lead incident investigations, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
Serve as a visible onsite safety leader, promoting a proactive, high‑performance safety culture.
About You
5+ years supervising HSE for civil and structural activities on large‑scale or mission‑critical projects (data centres experience preferred but not required).
Strong understanding of CSA construction methodologies and related HSE risks.
Knowledge of international safety standards and applicable local regulations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management systems.
Interviews will be conducted either in person or virtually, with video required for online meetings.
