Hotel Breakfast Chef -Part Time
The 4 star Mill Park Hotel are currently recruiting a Breakfast chef to join their vibrant and enthusiastic workforce.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
We are currently recruiting a part time breakfast chef who will prepare high quality breakfast foods. You will be responsible for cooking and overseeing and maintaining products on the breakfast buffet and ensuring a very high standard from the start to the end of breakfast. You will also be responsible for overseeing individual orders.
Other Duties
· Ensuring that the production, preparation and presentation of the breakfast foods are of the highest quality at all times.
· To monitor the quantity of food ensuring as little wastage as possible each morning.
· To ensure that HACCP and health and safety records are filled out and maintained.
· Carry out extra duties as required by your head chef and management.
