Regional Procurement Manager
Permanent | Full-time
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activity across four major manufacturing sites in the UK and Ireland for our global client. This is a high-profile role managing a spend in excess of €150 million, covering multiple categories including Capex, MRO, Utilities, and Packaging.
The Role
* Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans across a broad supplier base.
* Drive commercial performance and deliver measurable value through supplier and contract management.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across operations, technical, commercial, and finance functions.
* Provide insight into cost drivers and market trends, supporting informed business decisions.
* Ensure suppliers meet compliance, sustainability, and performance standards.
* Lead procurement initiatives to deliver savings and long-term value.
About You
* At least 8 years’ experience in procurement, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
* A background in construction or construction-related industries would be a distinct advantage.
* Strong commercial acumen and a track record of strategic procurement delivery.
* Skilled in negotiation, supplier management, and contract governance.
* Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Degree qualified (Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related discipline preferred).
