Job Title: Underwriter QA
We are seeking a highly skilled Underwriter QA to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the underwriting quality assurance programme, ensuring the integrity and quality of business written across multiple classes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive quality audits and reviews across all business classes, including retail and commercial sectors in both ROI and NI.
* Evaluate audit results to ensure adherence to underwriting standards and develop actionable improvement plans with stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in technical underwriting or a related field. They must have strong planning skills, excellent communication abilities, and be proficient in PC applications.
The selected individual will also work closely with distribution managers, portfolio managers, area managers, and local review teams. Additionally they should provide clear recommendations detailing findings.
