Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting revenue growth through structured lead generation plans, digital marketing execution, and sales support. This position is responsible for turning marketing strategy into commercial outcomes, supporting new customer acquisition across the aviation, space, marine, renewables, and R&D-driven sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Pipeline support

* Execute digital lead-generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, and website.
* Manage inbound enquiries from website, events, and advertising.
* Qualify leads into Marketing Qualified Leads and support progression into Sales Qualified Leads
* Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
* Support outbound prospecting to target accounts in priority sectors.
* Support sales presentations, proposals, and technical documentation.
* Assist Sales team with customer research
* Participate in conferences and tradeshows
* Support customer meetings, follow-ups, and technical workshops.
* Help maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.

2. Digital Marketing & Content Execution

* Implement the 2026 Content Calendar across LinkedIn, email, and digital channels.
* Create and publish technical marketing content:
* Case studies
* Blog articles
* Video and photo content
* Support SEO, website updates, and content optimisation.

3. CRM, Reporting & Performance Tracking

* Manage CRM data integrity and lead tracking (to be established).
* Support weekly/monthly sales reports
* Maintain accurate CRM data

4. Engineering and Sales support

* Collaborate with the engineering department on commercialisation and dissemination activities for research and development projects.
* Assist the sales team in preparing and submitting quotations to customers using Microsoft Word/Excel/ERP software.
* Update management on the status of quotations and customer correspondence as necessary.
* Create and maintain customer accounts including information management.
* Support customer queries related to ongoing work and scheduling of shipments.

5. Internal Marketing & Employer Branding

* Work with HR to support recruitment campaigns and employer branding.
* Assist with internal communications and culture initiatives.
* Help promote CSR, sustainability, and community initiatives.

Required Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or experience in a similar role

Experience:

· 2+ years in a similar role.

· Previous experience in Sales and/or Digital Marketing would be desirable.

· Previous experience in proposal writing desirable but not essential.

· Experience working with CRM desirable but not essential.

Skills:

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Ability to write great copy.

· Ability to work as part of a team and using your own initiative.

· Excellent communication (written & verbal).

· Positive can-do attitude and self-motivated.

· Open to ongoing learning, development, and cross training.

· Fluency in Irish is desirable but not essential.
