 
        
        Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
 * Implementing best practices and company policies in health, safety, environmental, and quality matters.
 * Ensuring construction operations are carried out in accordance with contract requirements.
 * Liaising with estimators/quantity surveyors to provide accurate measures of completed works for valuation purposes.
 * Carrying out quality inspections and maintaining records.
Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role Junior, 5+ years senior Irish/UK experience preferable. Setting out/surveying utilizing GPS, Robotic Total Station, Levelling etc.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
 * Proven experience in construction project coordination.
 * Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
 * Excellent communication and organizational skills.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Proficient in MS Office and construction management software.
