Job Title: Commercial Manager
About the Role:
This is a senior second-line management position responsible for leading a national commercial team, covering the full Republic of Ireland. You will take ownership of managing key contracts, overseeing field-based account managers, rental specialists and clinical support staff, and ensuring commercial performance across all major customer groups.
The role includes developing and implementing commercial strategies, overseeing tender processes, driving revenue growth, coaching and developing the sales team, and maintaining high service levels across contracted accounts.
This is a newly created position as part of significant investment in the Irish market and offers genuine long-term progression within a global organisation.
Requirements:
* 5+ years sales management experience within the medical devices or wider healthcare sector
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, pricing and strategic accounts
* Confidence leading a field-based team and driving performance nationally
* Experience working with hospitals, community services or healthcare contracts
* Strong attention to detail, with experience supporting or overseeing tenders
* A strategic mindset with the ability to coach, mentor and grow a high-performing team
