Key Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including civil works, concrete, foundations and utilities. Lead and manage site operatives and subcontractors, ensuring productivity, discipline, and adherence to site rules. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with construction drawings, method statements, specifications, and quality standards. Actively monitor site progress, identify issues early, and implement corrective actions to maintain programme targets. Maintain a strong site presence, providing hands-on guidance and resolving day-to-day construction challenges. Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements, ensuring safe systems of work are followed at all times. Conduct toolbox talks, daily briefings, and site inductions as required. Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC teams, and other discipline supervisors to ensure seamless integration of works. Carry out site inspections and quality checks, ensuring defects are identified and rectified promptly. Ensure materials, plant, and equipment are available and used efficiently on site. Assist with inspections, surveys, and handover activities, including snagging and close-out of CSA works. Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and safety documentation.
